KST Institute is an independent infrastructure engineering, advisory and technical-authority institution headquartered in Prishtina, Kosovo. It serves governments, international financial institutions (IFIs), investors and developers, delivering EU-aligned, ESG-driven and IFI-bankable work across the full infrastructure lifecycle — from feasibility and design to supervision, inspection and decarbonisation.

KST Institute is headquartered at Str. Xhavit Mitrovica nr.30, 10000 Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo. It is rooted in the Western Balkans — Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina — and the wider EU perimeter, and is actively expanding its activities into other regions of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East.

Core services include feasibility and bankable studies, technical due diligence, design review and construction supervision, independent technical control, ESG and sustainability advisory, infrastructure economics and PPP structuring, project management and PMO, and risk, compliance and institutional advisory.

Yes. Deliverables are prepared to the bankability standards expected by international financial institutions such as the EIB, EBRD, World Bank, KfW and IFC, and aligned with the EU acquis, EN Eurocodes, the EU Taxonomy and Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) criteria.

The Institute operates through three interlocking layers: ten Divisions that deliver projects on the ground, twelve Centers of Excellence that hold methodology, standards and independent review, and corporate functions that provide governance — a structure designed for institutional accountability and impartiality.
